Hartwood Grove

Woodland Gatherings & Immersions (UK)

Hartwood Grove is the woodland home for some of our in-person gatherings during the summer months.

Located 35 minutes North of Euston (3 train stops), a 6 minute drive from Tring Station, in an ancient English woodland.

Hartwood Grove is the home and living field where some of our in-person gatherings take place — opening up a space to retreat to, to practice, and reconnect with nature, community and yourSelf.

The rest of the year, gatherings may take place in other locations as they arise.

"I recently had my first breathwork session with Jenny, and it was an incredibly deep and rich experience. From start to finish, I felt completely safe and supported in a secure, nurturing environment. Jenny is a skilled and compassionate facilitator. The session was powerful, emotional, yet Jenny's calm and reassuring presence allowed me to fully let go and explore whatever surfaced and I had a huge energy release. It was unlike anything I've experienced before, and the post-session reflection was deeply comforting. If you’re looking for someone intuitive, grounded, and fully present to guide you - I can’t recommend Jenny highly enough."

"Jenny is such a brilliant and caring facilitator! I recently had a beautiful 1:1 breathing experience with her and it was one of the most profound experiences I’ve had in a long time. It was and intense, deep, at times emotional and even psychedelic experience, but I felt completely held and supported by her loving and steady presence throughout. She has a very special way of guiding, with so much tenderness and clarity. She made me feel strong enough to do the inner work that showed up, and at the same time, safe enough to fully let go and surrender to the process. If you're looking for someone deeply intuitive, grounded and truly present to guide you through a breathwork journey, I can’t recommend her enough."

"I attended my first breathwork group session with Jenny Martin last summer and it was a truly powerful experience. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as a first-timer but Jenny created such a welcoming and supportive space. It was easy to trust the process. Her guidance throughout the session was clear and gentle. I’m really grateful for the experience and would recommend it to anyone curious about breathwork or looking to deepen their inner awareness."
